Ecodyfi and Coed Lleol (Small Woods Wales) have teamed up to help our community get active outdoors in the Dyfi Biosphere. We run free outdoor activities for anyone who wants to boost their health and wellbeing, and we're working to improve access to the natural environment for everyone.

Active Travel
The Dyfi Biosphere has a beautiful and unique natural environment. We want to make sure everyone can access it.
We're working with other local organisations and groups to improve opportunities for people to walk, run, cycle and even ride horses more, and we’d love to hear from you about what would help you do that. Get in touch with Project Officer Miriam Davies to get involved.
Covid-19
Due to coronavirus pandemic restrictions, there are times when we aren't able to run our outdoor activities for health and wellbeing. Get in touch with us to check if an activity is running and follow us on social media for updates.
We understand that these times can be when you need support the most, and suggest you consider joining in the online activities below.
